The new owners of the Rhinebeck Deli, John & Trish Regan cannot believe it has been 1 year since they bought the Rhinebeck Deli. After being weekenders for 14 year, they found an opportunity that allowed them to realize their dream and move to Rhinebeck full-time. John brings 25 years of deli experience to the Rhinebeck Deli and it shows in the taste of his homemade salads and soups. He follows traditional recipes for his brines and broths. We have expanded our Vegetarian Menu. John began working in the deli industry at 16 years of age under the tutelage of three German cooks. He owned his own deli in Brooklyn for 6 years and was a restaurant manager for the past 10 years.
